Aicha El Khalil Iglesias nació en Barcelona, España. Se traslado con pocos años a Vizcaya donde realizo estudios de bachiller y C.O.U. complementando su educacion con idiomas y pintura.Luego se traslado a Aleppo-Syria donde vive actualmente,y alli completo sus estudios de arte graduandose en la Escuela Oficial de Bellas Artes de Alepo en la especialidad de pintura y escultura.Y forma parte desde el año 2008 de la Sociedad de Artistas Plasticos.Es miembro tambien de la Asociacion Benefica Artsalud,que trabaja por la expansion del arte y en la lucha contra el cancer.Y miembro tambien de la asociacion artistica del pintor Mhammad Fathi de Alepo.

 Como hija de pintor entro en contacto con el arte,el olor de los aceites,el aguarras y las mezclas de colores,natural y paulatinamente,por eso desde muy joven ha participado en exposiciones rapidas en Barcelona,y asi mismo en Vizcaya.Ya en Siria ha participado tambien en exposiciones compartidas con su padre y en otras junto con otros artistas sirios desde el año 2003 anualmente hasta el presente año 2009.Pinta paisajes y retratos mezclando el realismo con el simbolismo ,destacando en ello ciertas reclamaciones hacia los derrechos de la mujer. Sus obras son un conjunto de color, detallista en lo minimo, y reflejo en cada obra un gran dominio sobre el color sin olvidar el verdadero fin de su obra.

Ella suele decir de si misma lo siguiente:De todos los artistas se puede aprender, pero cada cual camina por su estilo personal, y como dijo un dia Gaugain. quereis saber quien soy? no son mis obras y pinturas las hablan por mi?. Cuando hablamos de arte las fronteras se vienen a bajo, los paises se aproximan y las & 8206;diferentes culturas se convierten en una mezcolanza admirable destacando lo mejor de cada pais y & 8206;convirtiendolo en un todo insuperable del que se debe aprender porque en el arte reside la esencia de & 8206;cada persona y de cada pais libre de estereotipos y predisposiciones llenas de racismo.& 8206;Los artistas somos una gran familia,nos acerca la sensibilidad especial del artista y un anhelo & 8206;de mejorar el mundo atraves de su arte.Porque en el arte se funde la fe,la etica y la belleza,de ahí su & 8206;profundo poder.& 8206;Su tema mas recurrente es el realismo social,que le interesa de mayor modo,mezclando a veces el simbolismo. Aun viviendo en Alepo recuerda siempre su doble nacionalidad, y presenta sus exposiciones como ciudadana de España, de Euskadi, De Barcelona, y como Siria .
